Moving Culture has also for long recognized the need to promote gender equality as a necessary condition for the achievement of growth, employment and social cohesion. Women of all walks of life continue to be under-represented at all levels in a strongly male dominated culture in Albania.

The project

In the Albresorts/Eco Camping project, 67 youth (preferred females) will be employed in the following positions, with the aim of getting rid of the existing taboos and clichés on the job market.

The candidate must respond to the following criteria applicable to almost all positions:

  • No previous experience in this or similar positions;
  • No work experience in public service and direct customer relations;
  • Cash management and payment experience;
  • Good education;
  • Basic computer skills;
  • Clear and direct communication with clients, other staff and managers;
  • Flexibility and willingness during working hours in order to carry out also other unforeseen tasks;
    • Willing to contribute and to never say “this is not my duty” when asked for something.

Working conditions:

  • Period /peak season: June 15 – August 30  (40 working days/week)
  • Contracted
  • 7 days a week – 5-6 hours a day
  • Monthly salary: see the table below
  • If the employee needs a day off for personal reasons (in agreement with the manager) the day off will not be paid.
  • Accommodation and food (3 meals) according to a predefined schedule and staff menu. Any other wish will be fulfilled upon payment.
  • Accommodation in tents or camper – can be individual or shared with other staff
  • Free time: personal
  • Shifts (for the positions that require work in shifts) will be rotated in cooperation (morning, evening ) with other colleagues.

The employees will be registered at the labor office and will be paid all work related obligations such as: Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Income tax etc.

Kultura ne Levizje ka identifikuar nevojen per te promovuar barazine gjinore si nje kusht i domosdoshem per te arritur zhvillim ekonomik, rritje te punesimit dhe kohezion social. Gjinia femerore eshte me pak e prirur te marri pjese ne fuqine punetore per shkak te rolit te tyre te caktuar si ofruese te kujdesit paresor brenda shtepise dhe mungesa e poltikave per te bashkerenduar punen profesionale dhe pergjegjesite familjare. Pjesa me e madhe e rinise jane punetor te pa paguar ne busineset familjare te fokusuara ne bujqesi apo turizem sezonal.

Projekti

Ne projektin Albresorts/Eco Camping , do te punesohen 67 femra per pozicionet e meposhtme, me qellimin per te hequr dore nga tabute apo cliché –te qe ende ekzistojne ne mjedisin shqiptar ne lidhje me shperndarjen e profesioneve.

Kandidati duhet te kete keto karakteristika qe aplikohen thuajse per te gjitha pozicionet:

  • Jo eksperience te meparshme ne kete rol ose te ngjashem;
  • Jo pune ne nje ambjent sherbimi publik dhe marredhenie direkte me klientin;
  • eksperience ne manaxhimin e parave, pagesave;
  • standart te mire edukimi, aftesi bazike kompjuterike;
  • komunikim te qarte e te drejtperdrejte me klientin, stafin dhe menaxheret;
  • fleksibilitet dhe gatishmeri gjate orarit per te bere edhe detyra te pa paracaktuara sipas rrethanave,
    • i gatshem per te kontribuar dhe per te mos thene asnjehere “kjo s’eshte detyra ime”   kur i kerkohet te dale jashte formatit te rolit.

Kushtet :

  • Periudha /periudhe piku: 15 qershor-30 gusht (40 dite pune/jave) me kontrate
  • 7 dite te javes – 5-6 ore ne dite
  • Paga mujore: shiko tabelen me poshte
  • Nese kerkon te largohet per arsye personale (ne marreveshje me manaxherin) dita e munguar nuk pagohet.
  • Akomodim dhe ushqim (3 vakte) te garantuar ne oraret e percaktuara dhe menune e stafit. Cdo trill tjeter vetepaguhet.
  • Fjetja ne tende ose roulotte –mund te jete individuale por dhe te jete e pergatitur per te ndare ate me kolege te tjera te stafit.
  • Koha e lire : personale
  • Turnet do te alternohen dhe ne bashkepunim (mengjes, darke) midis kolegeve
